MINUTES <br />City Council <br />P~ay 13 , 1981 <br />Mr. Forsberg also stated that b1acktopping should noi: be done up to the <br />property line. ~lr. Lee replied that he was going to change the blacktopping. <br />Mr. Fahey a1so informed Mr. Lee that the Council would 7ike to see some- <br />thing ~n writing saying that there would be satisfactory landscaping o~f <br />Tract C. P~r. Forsberg Pe1t that all landscaping in thSs area shou1d be <br />done on the industrial property. <br />Mr. Nanson asked if Mr. Lee could wark out something with the Kline's <br />that would get the dedication of the road for the City. Mr. Lee stated <br />that the division could be made contingent upon the deciication of the <br />road and that he would take care of this. <br />Mrs. Scalze also stated that the landscapiny and buffier9ng on Tract C <br />should also be made a part of the property div9sion. <br />Mr. fahey introduced Lhe following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION DIO. 81-5-221 - APPROVING THE YORKTON DEVELOPM[NT <br />ROPERT DI ISION F TRACTS E, F, G FlND H WITH 7EIE UNDER- <br />STAPlDING THAT MR. LARRY LEE COMPLY WITH THE RECOMMENDATIO~IS <br />OF TNE CITY PLFlNNER LISTED IN HIS REPORT OF MFlRCH 2.5, 1987 <br />AS ITEMS 1 THROUGH 6 AND bIITH THE FURTHER CONTINGENCY THP,T <br />THE CITY ATTORNFY MAKE Fl FAVORABLE RECOMP4ENDATION FlMD l~PPROVF <br />TFIE JOINT USF AND MAIPI7ENFlNCE AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF <br />DRIVEWAY AND LOT AREA AND THAT TNIS AGREFMFNT SHOULD BE <br />REGISTERED AGAINST THE TITLES OF THE PROPERTY AP1D FURTHER <br />TNFlT NO BUILQING PERMITS BE ISSUED FOR TRACTS E, F, OR G <br />UNTIL Fl SATISFACTORY LANDSCFlPE PLAN IS PRESENTED TO THE C,ITY <br />AND APPROVF.D FOR TRACTS E, F, G, AND C AND WITFI THE FURTHER <br />REQUIREMENT THAT THE LFlNDSCFlPING FOR TRAC7 C BE CONFINED TO <br />THE INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY ITSELF <br />Final <br />Approva1 <br />Industrial <br />Revenue <br />Bonds <br />Yorkton <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, N~rdini, Hanson, Scalze, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 148. <br />Mr. Lee informed the Counc9l that he would submit separate plans for <br />the buildings he is proposing for 7racts E, F, and G for the Bui1ding <br />Inspector. Mr. Lee stated that the buildings are the same as those on <br />Tracts P„ B, and C. <br />Mrs. Sca1ze introduced the following resolution anci moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-5-222 - GRFlNTING FINAL APPROVAL OF THE DIOTE <br />RESOLUTION FOR IPIDUSTRIFlL REVENUE E30NDS FOR BUILDING "B" OF <br />YORKTON DEVELOPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $670,000,00 <br />Page -12- <br />
