This resolution appears in Resolution Book No, 7, Page 1II2. Liquor Mrs. Nardini suggested that the Council consider the increasing of City License liquor license fees to be more in 1ine with what other Cities are Fees charging for such fees. The City Clerk stated that this would involve an ordinance amendment ancl would require a public hearing and notice publication. Mrs. Nardini pointed out that the State regulates the off sale license fees, but the City can set the on sale liquor 7icense fees. Mr. Fahey suggested that the ordinance be amended so that license fees can be set by Co~incil resolution.
