MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 13, 1981 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0, II1-5-240 - AWARDING THE QUOTFlTION FROM <br />H LEN PARK L DIDSC IN, FOR TREE PLANTINGS IN SPOONER <br />PARK IN TFIE FlMOUNT OF $470.00 <br />The foregoing reso1ution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg, <br />F~yes (5) Sca1ze> Forsberg, Hanson, Fahey, Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution dec7ared adopted. <br />This resolution appe~rs in Resolution Qook No. 7, Page 780. <br />g~r~ha~e The Park Commission has requestedauthor~zation to purchase two pari< <br />ar benches for installation by the play area in Spooner Park. The cost <br />Benches of the benches will be from $600 to $700, <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the fotlowing resolution and moved its adoptior~: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-5-241 - APPROVIPIG THE PURCHASE OF TWO <br />PARK BE CHES p S N R PFlRK <br />The foregn9ng reso7ution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey, <br />/{yes (5~ Sca1ze, Fahey, Hanson, Forsberg> Nardini. <br />Nayes (0), <br />Resolution declared ado~ted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolutian Book No. 7, Page 7II0, <br />Use Of Mrs. Scalze submitted to the Council for their approval an agreement <br />Tennis which would a11ow the City use of the tennis court at the Little Canada <br />Court Day Care Center in exchange for lawn cutting. Mrs, Scalze recommended <br />Old Little that the City Attorney review this agreement. <br />Canada <br />School Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0, 81-5-242 - ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMEMT WIThI <br />TEIE LITTLE C N DA DFl CARE CENTER TO UTILIZE THEIR TENNIS <br />COURT IN EXCHANGE FOR LAWN CUTTING CONTINGENT UPON ThiE <br />CITY FlTTORNEY'S APPROVAL QF THE FlGREEMENT AND WI?H THE <br />STIPULATION TFIA7 THIS AGREEMENT 6E FOR TFIIS YEAR ONLY <br />The ~oregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />qyes (5) Forsberg, Hanson, Nardini, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted, <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 187. <br />Transfer Mr. Fahey introduced the fo1lowing resolution and moved its acloption: <br />Of Revenue <br />Sharing RESOLUTION N0.
