MINUTES OF THE REGULFlR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />l.IT7LE CFlNADA, MTNNESOTA <br />June 10, 1981 <br />Pursuant to due ca17 and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Counci1 of the City of Little Canada, M9nnesota was held on the <br />10th day of June, 1981 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />7ocated at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The Mayor, Mr. Reymond Hanson, chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 7:35 P.M, <br />P4EMBERS PRESGNT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Counc9lman Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Counci1man Mr. Dennis Forsberg <br />Councilwoman Mrs. Mugs Nardini <br />Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />FlLSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br />City Attorney Mr. Clayton Par~ks <br />Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Car1ey (arrived 9:20) <br />City Planner PQr. Brad Nielson <br />Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br />Approval Mrs. Scalze pointed out that page 7 of the May 27, 19H1 minutes <br />Qf The refers to a building permit tha~ was issued in error to Mr. Krueger. <br />Minutes Scalze reported that this bui7ding perm5t was issued to Mr, Krueger's <br />neighbor, not Mr. Krueger, and the minutes should be amended to reflect <br />this. <br />Mrs. Nardini informed the Council that the same correction shou1d be <br />made in the May 13, 19~1 minutes as indicated by Mrs. Scalze, <br />Mrs. Scalze also asked that page 16 of the May 27, 1981 m5nutes be <br />changed so that the last paragraph on that page refers to Edgerton <br />Street rather than Rice Street, <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moveci its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NQ. 87-6-272 - APPROVING THE MIP!U7ES OF <br />THE MAY 27, 1981 REGUL~R COUNCIL MEETING WITN THE <br />OUTLINED AMENDMENTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs, Nard9ni. <br />F~yes (5) Scalze, Nardini, Hanson, Forsberg, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Reso1ution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Pages 201 and 202, <br />Public Mayor Hanson opened the pub1ic hearing on the Frank Frattalone request <br />Fiearing for approvat of industrial revenue bonds in the amount of $309,000.00. <br />~'rattalone There was no one present wishing to speak on the Frattalone request for <br />Industrial these bonds. <br />Revenue <br />6onds <br />Page -1- <br />
