MINUTES <br />City Council <br />June 10, 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Hanson, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Reso1ution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 209. <br />Mr. Forsberg introduced the follow5ng resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-6-280 - DENYING FlDOPTIODI OF PROPOSED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 174 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />l~yes (3) Nardini, Forsberg, Scalze. <br />~layes (2.) Fahey, Hanson. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Reso1ution Qook No. 7, Page 210. <br />Kath At a previous Council meeting the Council tabled action on the Kath <br />Uariance Bros. variance request. In order to give consideration to this request, <br />Request the matter must be removed from table. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the fo7lowing resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-6-281 - REMOVING FROM TFlBLE THE KFlTH <br />RI NCE REQUEST <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey, <br />Ayes (5) Sca7ze> Fahey, Flanson, Forsberg, Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted, <br />7his resolution appears in Reso1ution Book No. 7, Page 210, <br />Mayor Hanson informed the Council that the City has received a 1etter <br />f'rom Fuel Economy on the Kath variance request. Fuel Economy is <br />questioning the location of Woodlyn Avenue. Mayor Hanson suggested that <br />s9nce the C9ty Engineer was not yet present at the meeting, discussion <br />of the Kath variance be de1ayed until the Engineer arrived. <br />Kelby Mr. Gordon Nacteau appeared before the Counci1 requesting the division <br />Property of Tract A from the Kelby property. Mr. Nadeau intends to purchase this <br />Division property from Mrs. Kelby. Nadeau wi71 be granting Mrs. Kelby a life <br />estate across Tract A to access her remaining property. <br />Mr. ~Iadeau presently has a road easement over Tract A to access his <br />property.
