MINUTES OF THE REGULA~ MEETI~lG <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CFlNADA, MTMNESOTA <br />June 24, 1981 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />24th day of June, 1981 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The Mayor, Mr. Raymond Hanson, chaired and cal1ed the meeting to <br />order at 7:37 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Councilman Mr. Dennis Forsberg <br />Councilwoman Mrs. Mugs Nardini <br />Councilwanan Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br />City Attorney Mr. Clayton Parks <br />Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley <br />Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br />Flpproval Councilman Fahey indicated that the June 10, 1981 Council meeting minutes <br />Of The should be amended on page 11 by adding the phrase "at the last meeting" <br />Minutes after the word "objection" in the third paragraph from the bottom of that <br />page. <br />Mr. fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-6-304 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />JUp~E 10, 1981 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING SUBJECT TO THE <br />OUTLINED AMENDMENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini, <br />I{yes (5) Fahey, Nardini, Hanson, Scalze, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 226, <br />Cable TV Mayor Hanson opened the public hearing to accept public testimony <br />Public regarding the proposed adoption by the City of a"Request for Proposals <br />Hearing for Cable Communications Franchise". <br />Mr. Donald Tarnowski, who is the City's cable TV representative, appeared <br />before the Council recommending the approval of the Request for <br />Proposa1s. <br />Mrs. Nardini indicated that there are a couple of changes that should be <br />made in the Request for Proposals. The first change should be on page <br />9 of the request and that change consists of listing the City of Little <br />Canada in the list of cities after the words "city clerks" in the second <br />paragraph. The second correction would be on page 23 of the request and <br />would consist of listing the City's Maintenance Building as an <br />Page -1- <br />
