MINUTES <br />CI7Y COUNCIL <br />June 24, 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />qyes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Nardini, Scalze, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Qook No. 7, Page 241. <br />Additional The City Clerk reported that presently Annette Freeman is the only notary <br />Notaries in the City Center, When Mrs. Freeman is not available, this presents <br />In City problems. It has been requested that Beverly Jespersen and Grace Blessner <br />Center also be approved as notaries. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its a.doption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-6-326 - APPROVING BEVERLY JESPERSEN FlND <br />GRACE BLESSNER AS NOTARIES <br />The Poregoing resolution was du1y seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey> Hanson, forsberg, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Pages 241 and 242. <br />Hiring As the City's current recording secretary will not be available to take <br />Freelance the Counci1 meeting minutes during the month of July, it was recommended <br />Professional that freelance Prafessional be hired as recording secretary for July. <br />As Recording <br />Secretary Mr. Fahey introduced the fiollowing resolution and moved its adoption: <br />For July <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-6-327 - HIRING FREELANCE PROFESSIONAL <br />TO TAKE THE C UPlCIL MEETING MINUTES FOR THE MONTH OF <br />JULY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />~yes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Flanson, Forsberg, Hanson. <br />Nayes (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted, <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 242. <br />Poolside Mr. Forsberg reported that~ e~Jis wo' rki g'with the PCFl regarding Poolside's <br />washing of chemicles down County Road C. <br />Mrs. Scalze also stated that the blinking sign at poolside bothers the <br />neighbors. <br />Mayor Hanson informed the Council that the situation at Poolside is being <br />worked on. <br />Raw Sewage Mr. Fahey reported that the Council has received a letter from the City's <br />Disposal Health Inspector regarding the dumping of raw se~~age from the last house <br />on Jackson Street onto the land owned by the Water Works, <br />Page -24- <br />
