MINUSES <br />CITY COUvCIL <br />JULY 8, 1981 <br />RUNYON Mr. Roger Runyon requested a permit for a BB gun permit. <br />BB GUN <br />PERMIT Mrs. Nardini introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-7-340 - GRANTING MR. ROGSR RUNYON <br />A BB GUN PERMIT RESTRICTED TO TARGET USE ON HIS PROPERTY. <br />The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (S) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book N0. 7, Paqe 247. <br />SCHABERT Mrs. Schabert appeared with a request for a property division. <br />PROPERTY The Council discussed the vacation of a portion of Bluwood to <br />DIVISION relocate the proposed property line so that both lots contain <br />a t least 11,000 square feet. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following Resolutio^ and moved its <br />adoption: , <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-7-341 - CALLING FOR A HEARING TO VACATE <br />10 FEET OF BLUWOOD ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDE FROM JACK- <br />SON STREET TO LAKESHORE AND SET IT FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING <br />ON AUGUST 12, 1981. <br />The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />F~yes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book NO. 7, Page 248. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the fo7.lowing Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-7-342 - TABLING THE SCHABERT PROPERTY <br />DIVISION REQUEST UNTIL THE AUGHST 12~ 1981 MEETING. <br />The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (S) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolutio^ Book No. 7, Page 248. <br />DELANCEY A petition was presented to the Council by neighbors who live <br />RECREATION adjacent to the property proposed for a commercial playfield. <br />FIELDS <br />The Council discussed the DeLancey proposal and the recommen- <br />dations of the City Planner. <br />Mr. DeLancey, the applicant, presented his proposal in regards to <br />recreational fields on Center.ville Road.
