MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 8, 1981 <br />Mrs. Scalze~stated that we do have a recreation program that <br />basically takes care of the youth of Little Canada. <br />The Council discussed the proposal with concern regarding the <br />beer license and the traffic problem. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: ~ <br />RESOL~TION NO. 81-7-343 -DENYING A 3.2 BEER LICENSE FOR <br />THE DELANCEY RECREATIONAL PROPOSAL AND THE DELANCEY <br />RECREATIONAL FIELD PROPOSAL AS PRESENTED. <br />The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This Resolution apperas in Resolution Book 7, Page 248. <br />GRANADA Mr. Dave Morris presented the plans for the drainage system <br />HOMES on Payne Avenue through the Granada homes back lots. <br />DRAINAGE <br />The Council discussed the proposed drainage area on the Granada <br />Homes property with the City Engineer. <br />HOLSCHUH The City Engineer discussed the Holschuh Preliminary Plat with <br />PRELIMINARY the Council and the City Planner. The hearing for this proposal <br />PLAT will be held on August 12, 1981. <br />NORTH STAR Mr. Hanson conferred with Representative Valento reqarding the <br />TRAILER North Star Trailer Court. A recommendation was made for the <br />COURT EXIT City Counci l to confer with the owners of the Park. <br />Mr. Parks explained the statutes controlling Mobile Homes. He <br />has discussed the situation with Mr. Husnick. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-7-344 - DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />TO MEET WITH THE NECESSARY PARTY IN THE NEXT DAY OR TWO TO <br />INSTRUCT THEM TO PUT IN ANOTHER EXIT ON SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. <br />FROM THE NORTH STAR TRAILER PARK~ AND THAT THE CITY WILL <br />GIVE THEM AN EASEMENT OVER OUR PROPERTY TO CREATE SUCH <br />A ROAD. <br />The foregoi~g resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book 7, Faqe 248. <br />Page 8 <br />
