MINUTES COUNCIL MEETING JULY 22, 1981 The Council then proceeded to hear all~persons interested in said improvement.~ There were no objections from persons present. Mr. Fahey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-7-361 - CLOSING THE HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 81-6. The foregoinq Resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, Forsberg, Nardini ~ Nayes (0) Resolution declared adopted. This Resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, page 253 Mr. Faliey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 51-7-362 - ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. 81-6 CALLING FOR WATERMAIN AND STREET RESTORATION ON DEMONT AVE. FROM RICE 5TREET TO JACKSON. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr, Forsberg. Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, Forsberg, Nardini. Nayes (0) This Resolution declared adopted. This Resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, page 253 IMP 81-7 Mr. Hanson opened the hearing on Improvement 81-7 calling for Watermian and Street Restoration on County Road B-2 from St. Jude Medical £o Soo Line. Mr. Carley presented the plan proposed for this improvement. Mr. Paul Borg represented Roseville School District No. 623 pertain- ing to Kellogq High School. A discussion was held i.n regard to the feasibility of a watermain on the 500 feet west of Jackson. Ms. Fahey requested Mr. Parks to address a letter to St. Jude's Medical advising them as to what we are comtemplating. Mrs. Scalze intr.oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLOTION N0. 81-7-363 - CLOSING THE HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 81-7.
