MINUTES <br />COUNCIL MEETINGS <br />JULY 22, 1981 <br />Mr. Art Ryan, Ryan Industrial Park, explained the outlay of the <br />land including easements, ditches and road which was built on a <br />railroad bed. He also explained the water and sewer system. He <br />is strongly opposed to the proposed improvement. <br />The Council discussed the maintenance of the road. Mr. Fahey <br />stated that water is a must in the Industrial Park, however the <br />City should not be responsible for the road. Mr. Carley com- <br />mented that plowing snow does not include acceptance of a street. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the followinq resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RFSOLUTION N0. 81-7-371 - CLOSING THE HEARING ON IMPROVEMGNT <br />NO. f31 -11 . <br />The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, F'orsberg, Nardini <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This Resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 258 , <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-7-372 - TABLING IMFROVEMENT NO. 81-11 <br />CALLING FOR SANITARY SEWER, WA'PERMAIN~ BITUMINOUS SUR - <br />FACING, CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTGR ON RYAN DRIVE. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, Forsberg, Nardini <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This Resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 258 <br />Paqe 7 <br />
