MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JULY 22, 1981 GRABRICK ~,~, John Grabrick appeared before the Council requesting a land- LANDFILL fi11 permit for his lot on Greenbrier Circle. Mr. Carley recommended his approval. The Council then discussed the filling of the lot. Mr. Parks stated that we require a permit so that we have control over the drainage. Mr.~Forsberg introduced the followinq resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 81-7-373 - APPROVING THE LAND FILL PERMIT FOR JOHN GRABRICK UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY ENGINEER. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, Forsberg Nayes (1) Nardini Resolution declared adopted. Th.is Resolution appears in Reso].ution Book No. 7, Page 259 FLAMEBURGER Mr. Carley presented the original Trowbridge Addition showing the location of the Flamebur.ger property and explained the drainage to the Council. Mrs. Peterson, a neighbor, appeared before the Council explaining the pipeline and her concern with drainage on her property. Mr. Madsen explained his plans for building in regard to the drainage. The Council proceeded to discuss this situation. Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 81-7-374 - APPROVING THE DRAINAGE PLAN FOR ~ LOTS 1~ 3, 4~ 5~ TROWBRIDGE ALDITION, FOR 'PHE FLAMEBURGER PASSED UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE ENGINEER. The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, Forsberg, Nardini. Nayes (0) Resolution declared adopted. This Resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 259 . L.C.
