MINUTES OF THE 2ND REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNGSOTA August 26, 1981 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a 2nd Monthly Regular Meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of August, 1981 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. The Acting Mayor, Mr. Michael Fahey, chaired and called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. MEMRERS PRESENT: Acting Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey Councilman Mr. Dennis Forsberg Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze Councilwoman Mrs. Mugs Nardini MEMBER ABSENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck City Attorney Mr. Clayton Parks Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley Recording Secretary Mrs. Beverly Jespersen APPROVAL Mrs. Nardini intr oduced the followinq resolution and moved its OF THE adoption: MINUTES RESOLUTION NO. 81-8-427 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 5~ 1981 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page Zgg Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-8-428 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 12~ 1981 REGOLAR COONCZL MEETING. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page289 SALE OF BONDS Mr. Steve Mattson, respresenting Juran & Moody, Inc. appeared before the Council explaining the proposed sale of bond issues for the 1981 improvements.
