Mr. Carley discussed with the Council the project costs for Country Drive and South Owasso Blvd. He stated that one project could be traded for another according to priority to the extent of $225,000. In the event that the water improvement for Edgerton would be or- dered, Mr. Mattson suqqested that this project could be financed through an underwriter. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-5-429 - CALLING FOR THE SALE OF IMPROVEMENT SONDS FOR 1981 :CN 'PHE AMOUNT OF $1,060~000 ON SEPTEMBER 23~ 1981 AT 7:30 P.M. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. Nayes (0). Resolution was declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 290 Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: kESOLUTION NO. 81-8-430 - CALLING FOR THE SALE OF STATE AID STREET BONDS OF 1981 IN THE AMOUNT OF $225,000 ON SEPTEMBER 23, 1981 AT 7:30 P.M. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. Nayes (0). Resolution was declared adopted.
