MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />August 26, 1981 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLCJTION NO. 81-8-446 - INCREASING THE FLUMBING PERMIT <br />FEES FROM PAGE 41 TO PAGE 42 OF THE AGENDA TO BE EEFECTIVE <br />SEPTEMBER 1, 1981. <br />The foregoing resolution was seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 297 <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESGLUTION NO. 81-8-447 - ACCEPTING THE UBC 1979 BUILDING <br />PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE, DELETING THE $15.00 PER HOUR INSPEC- <br />TION FEE~ TO BE EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1~ 1981. <br />The foregoing resolution was seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This s•esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 297 <br />GARAGE The Council discussed the conditional use permits required for <br />PERMITS construction of garages on the property of Don Gagne and Bob <br />DeBace. 'I'hey have both submitted building permits for these <br />projects. However, Mr. Gagne did not submit a site plan with <br />his permit. <br />Mrs. Nardini wi11 instruct the Building Inspector to address <br />letters to Mr. Gagne and Mr. DeBace regarding this matter. <br />JACKSON & Mrs. Scalze requested Mr. Carley to investigate the Schaeffer <br />DEMONT property line on Jackson and Demont to determine whether fill <br />is being dumped i.nto the City Pond adjoining this property. <br />NARDINI Mrs. Nardini instructed the City Staff to collect all fees <br />before permits are issued and projects are put on the agenda. <br />Mrs. Nardini requested Mr. Chlebeck to check on a letter sent <br />to Metro Council in regards to the traffic situation coming down <br />Edgerton from Vadnais Heights. <br />Page 10 <br />
