MINUTES <br />City Council <br />October 7, 19II1 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Forsberg, Nardini, Nanson, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Qook No. 7, Page 366. <br />Schroeder & There are deferred assessments on Parcel No. 53-54200-020-00 which <br />Nadeau is owned by Donna Schroeder and Anna Nadeau. Mr. Fahey pointed out <br />Assessment that this property is undevelopable as there is no road. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-557 - CONTINUING TNE DEFERRED <br />ASSE.SSMENT FOR THE SCHROEDER AND NADEAU PROPERTY, <br />PARCEL N0. 53-54200-020-00, FOR SEWER AND WFlTFRMAIN <br />IMPROVEMENT UNTIL SUCH TIME FlS ALLEN STREET IS DEVELOPED <br />OR TNE PROPERTY IS TRANSFERRED OR DIVIDED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />qyes (5) Fahey, Forsberg, Hanson, Scalze, Nardini. <br />Nay~s (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book Mo. 7, Page 366. <br />Mrs. Nar~ini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIOPI N0. 81-10-558 - LEVYING THE ACCRUED I~ITEREST <br />ON THE SCHROEDER AND NADEAU DEFERRED ASSESSMENT IN TFIE <br />AMOUNT OF 6% FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMEPlT FlND 8% FOR <br />VJATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT BEGINNING OCTOBER 16, 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />qyes (5) Nardini, Forsberg, Flanson, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 367. <br />Time Council discussed when interest would begin being charged on the deferred <br />Period assessments. It was the concensus of the Council that the interest <br />For should begin being charged on October 16, 1981. In that way if anyone <br />Levying warrted to pay off their assessments before October 16, there would be <br />Interest no interest ch~rge. <br />The Attorney suggested that this be clearly stated in the minutes so <br />that there would be no confusion. <br />Mrs. Nardini stated that the Recording Secretary should be instructed <br />to insert the fact that interest would begin being charged on October <br />16, 1981 in each resolution levying accrued interest. <br />Page -9- <br />
