MINUTES City Council October 7, 1981 Brinkman It was the recommendation of the City C7erk that the deferred assessment Dental on the Brinkman Denta7 property be levied. Assessment Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its acioption: RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-568 - LEVYING THE ASSESSMENT ON THE BRINKMAN DENTAL PROPERTY, PARCEL N0. 53-25100-511-00, FOR WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT IN THE FlMOUNT OF $1,223.00 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. Ayes (5) Fahey, Nardini, Hanson, Forsberg> Scalze. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution 6ook No. 7, Page 372. Charles There are deferred assessments of $200 on the Char1es Frattalone Frattalone property for one water stub. The City Clerk reported that Council agreed Assessment to defer this assessment until the water stub was used. Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-569 - CONTINUING THE DEFERRED FlSSESSMENT ON THE CHARLES AND IRENE FRATTALONE PROPERTY IN THE AMOUNT OF $200.00 UNTIL SUCH TIME AS TNE PROPERTY IS TRANSfERRED OR DIVIDED The foregoing resolut9on was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. qyes (5) Nardini, Scalze, Hanson, Forsberg, Fahey.
