<br />Fasciana> The City Clerk reported that there are deferred assessments for watermain
<br />Willenbring, on the following properties: Sam and Eugene Fasciana property, Parcel No.
<br />Torala, 53-54200-090-00, the Willenbring property, Parcel No. 53-30000-200-03,
<br />Bibeau, the Torala property, Parcel No. 53-30000-190-03, the Bibeau property,
<br />Costa, Parcel No. 53-54200-270-00, the Peter Costa property, Parcel No. 53-
<br />Nadeau & 30000-271-03, and the Nadeau & Sweitzer property, Parcel No. 53-54200-080-00.
<br />Sweitzer These assessments were deferred as there is no road accessing the
<br />Properties property.
<br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />Johnson The City Clerk reported that Mr. Johnson did not receive notice of the
<br />Assessment assessment hearing for his property. Council decided to continue the
<br />deferrment of this assessment:so that Mr. Johnson could be charged the
<br />assessment at a lower cost than'if he were assessed in the future at
<br />higher prices.
