MINUTES <br />City Council <br />October 7, 1981 <br />Mr. fahey commented that the Trobeck assessment should be deferred <br />until such time as Mr. Trobeck requests a hook-up to the sewer system. <br />Mrs. Nardini in~roduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-551 - CONTINUING THE DEFERRED <br />ASSESSMENT ON THE FRANK TROBECK PROPER7Y IN THE FlMOUNT <br />OF $671.50 UNTIL SUCEI TIME AS THE PROPERTY IS TRFlNSFERRED, <br />DIVIDED OR HOOKED UP TO SFlNITARY SEWER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />qyes (5) Nardini, Fahey, Scalze, Hanson, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution dec1ared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 363. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-552 - LEVYING TNE ACCRUED INTERFST <br />ON THE FRANK TROBECK DEFGRRED ASSESSMENT AT FlN INTERE.ST <br />RFlTC OF 6% BEGINNING OCTOBER 16, 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />qyes (5) Nardini, Scalze, Hanson, Forsberg, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution dec7ared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 364. <br />John The City Clerk reported that the John Cardinal assessment was paid. <br />Cardinal <br />Flssessment <br />Flerbit The Clerk reported that there are deferred assessments on the Herbit <br />Winter Winter property in the amount of $1,742.50. There is presently no <br />Flssessment iccess to this property. <br />Mr. Fahey commented that there is a possibility of access across the <br />Cardinal property. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following reso1ution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-553 - CONTINUING TFIE DEFERRED <br />ASSESSMENT ON THE hIERQIT WINTF.R PROPERTY IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $1,742.50 UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE PROPERTY IS <br />TRANSFERRED OR DIVIDED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />qyes (5) fahey, Nardini, Forsberg, Scalze, Hanson, <br />Nayes (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Reso1ution Book No. 7, Page 364. <br />Page -7- <br />
