MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LTTTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA October 14, 1981 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of L~ttle Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of October, 1981 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. The Mayor, Mr. Raymond Hanson, called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. and the following were present at roll calt. MEMBERS PRESENT Mayor Councilman Councilwoman Councilwoman Mr. Raymond Hanson Mr. Dennis Forsberg Mrs. Mugs Nardini Mrs. 6everly Scalze MEMBERS ABSEN7 ALSO PRESENT: Councilman City Clerk Consulting Engineer City Attorney City Planner Recording Secretary Mr. Michael Fahey Mr. Joseph Chlebeck Mr. Donald Carley Mr. Clayton Parks Mr. Brad Nielsan Mrs. Kathleen G1anzer Approval Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Of The Minutes RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-598 - APPROVING TFIE MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 23, 1981 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. qyes (4) Nardini, Ilanson, Scalze, Forsberg. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 388. Mrs. Nardini pointed out that on page 11 of the September 9, 1981 Council meeting minutes the reference to the "Engineer" in the matter dealing with the noisy party on Carla Lane should be changed to "Attorney". Mrs. Nardini also pointed out that on page 12 of these same minutes in the matter dealing with the skating rink water situation it should be shown that P4r. Forsberg suggested that a water "line" could be run from the well near the Fire Barns.
