MINUTES <br />City Council <br />October 14, 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution H~as duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />F~yes (~) Nardini, Nanson, Scalze, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 389. <br />Sprosty Mayor hlanson opened the public hearing on the Sprosty preliminary plat. <br />Preliminary Flanson pointed out that the P1anning Commission recommendecl approval <br />Plat of the plat unanimously. <br />The Planner pointed out that the plat conforms with the requirements of <br />the subdivision ordinance as well as suggestions made by the P1anner and <br />the City. <br />The City Clerk stated that the preliminary plat went to the Watershed <br />District and they have no objections to it. The Watershed District will <br />be sending the City a letter to that effect. <br />The Planner pointed out that Mr. Sprosty did designate the strip of <br />property on the north as an outlot which wilt a11ow the property to be <br />sold, but not built upon. <br />Mr. Jack Schmidt appeared before the Council and stated that he was in <br />favor of the Sprosty plat being approved. <br />Mrs. Nardini asked the status of the low wet area. The P1anner replied <br />that the Watershed did approve filling to a certain point. The Planner <br />stated that he initially objected to the angle in the configuration, but <br />given Mr. Sprosty's intent, it is an acceptable p1at. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-600 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEFIRING ON <br />THE SPROSTY PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />qyes (4) Scalze, Hanson, Forsberg, Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 3~9. <br />Mrs. Sca7ze asked P1r. Sprosty how long it wou1d be before the fill on <br />Lots 2 and 3 were smoothed down.
