MINUTES <br />City Counci1 <br />October 14, 1981 <br />The forego~ng resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />qyes (4) Scalze, Plardini, Hanson, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This reso1ution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 390. <br />Holzschuh Mr. Holzschuh appeared before the Council requesting approval of his <br />Final final plat. <br />Plat <br />The Engineer commented that the Council has resolved the situation of <br />allowing Mr. Nolzschuh to plat seven lots and leave the rest of the <br />area unplatted until the question of Allen Avenue is resolved. <br />The Planner stated that the final plat is consistent with what was <br />recommended for the preliminary plat. <br />Mr. Hanson commented that there is a"gentlemen's agreement" for the <br />purchase of the property owned by Mr. hlolzschuh behind his seven lots. <br />Mr. Holzschuh commented that the purchase of this property is tlependent <br />upon approval of the development of the rest of the property in the <br />area. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. II1-10-602 - APPROVING THE HOLZSCHUN <br />FINAL PL T <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />qyes (4) Nardini, Scalze, Forsberg, Hanson. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Reso1ut9on Book No. 7, Page 390. <br />Mr. Holzschuh requested that once the Flllen Avenue issue is resolved by <br />the City and he can plat the rest of his property, that he not be charged <br />additional charges. <br />Council felt that Mr. Holzschuh shou1d not be charged additional platting <br />fees as the City is delaying Mr. Holzschuh from platting the remainder of <br />his property. <br />The City Clerk asked when the Council would like park charges to be <br />collected for this property. In the past the C~ty has collected these <br />at the time of platting. <br />Mrs. Nardini questioned whether the park charges should be collected <br />at ths time of platting or when building permits are issued. The <br />Attorney commented that the park charges can be collected at e~ther <br />time. <br />Page -3- <br />
