MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Plovember 25, 1981 <br />Paying The Mr. Fahey introduced the following rasolution and moved its adoption: <br />Vouchers <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-11-67II - APPROVI~IG PAYMENT OF TEIE <br />VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />qyes (5) Fahey, hlanson, Forsberg, ~dardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 441. <br />Flttorney h1r. Fahey stated that he wou7d work with the City Clerk to draw up an <br />Position advertisement for the City Attorney position. Fahey stated that the <br />advertisement would be placed in the St. Paul and Minneapolis newspapers <br />with a closing date of December 31 set up. Flpplications could be <br />considered by the first meeting in January. Fahey then stated that <br />perhaps the closing date could be as late as January 8. <br />Mr. Forsberg stated that the Councilmembers should take a look at what <br />legal counsel costs in other cities. <br />Home Roger Runyon reported. to the Council that his home was burglarized and <br />Inspection the Police Department in the City of Roseville came out to inspect his <br />Program home to give him suggestions for things he might do to tr~y to prevent <br />burglaries in the future. P1r.
