MINUTES <br />City Gouncil <br />December 9, 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, forsberg, Hanson, Nardini, fahey. <br />Nayes (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Pages 443 through 465. <br />Sprosty Mr. Paul Sprosty appeared hefore the Council requesting a.pproval of his <br />Final final plat. <br />Plat <br />P~r. Fahey asked if the drainage problems have been addressed not only <br />on this property but also the property in the immediate area. Mr. Carley <br />replied that assuming all the easements have been granted, the plat would <br />be O.K. to be approved. <br />The Planner stated that all the easements the City asked for are on the <br />p1at and there are also easements on the plat which the 6~atershed District <br />requested. <br />The Engineer looked at the plat and indicated that the easements were <br />'there. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution anci moved its adoption: <br />RESQLUTION N0. 81-12-682 - FIPPROVIMG TFIE SPROSTY <br />FINAL PLAT <br />The foregoing resolution u,~as du7y seconded by P1r. Forsberg. <br />qyes (5) Scalze, Forsberg, Fahey, Hanson, Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 466. <br />Mueller The Planner reported that after reviewing the City's ordinance the fuel <br />Proposal tanks that would be included with the Mueller proposal could be considered <br />an accessory use. <br />The City Clerk stated that this proposal is on the agenda for the 23rd <br />meeting and could be considered at that time. <br />The P1anner informed the Council that he has not done a report on this <br />proposal because of the heliport that is included. He wi11 be reviewing <br />the guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Transportation with regard <br />to heliports. Once he has reviewed the guidelines, he wi11 write his <br />report and submit to the Council. <br />Mrs. Sca1ze stated that she hoped the Council could review this proposed <br />development before it gave final approval. <br />The Planner presented a plan to the Council. Mr. Nielson commented that <br />the development Hiould fit in nicely with the zoning of P4aplewood in the <br />area. <br />Page -2- <br />
