MINUTES <br />City Council <br />January 13~ -~9~2 <br />$ign Fee The City Clerk reported that the $100 plan check £ee for signs is set <br />by Council resolution and the Council could change this at any time. <br />Mr. Forsberg introduced the following reso.tution and moved its adoption; <br />R.~SOLUTION N0. 82-1-3~t - llHUPYING THE ~y100.00 YLAN CHECK <br />FEE NDER THE CITY~S IGN ORDINANCE AND DECI,ARING THAT <br />THfi: FEE 5CH~DULE FOR SIGNS BE HAIJ~LED UNDER TH~ UBC SCHEDULE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr, Hanson, <br />Ayes (5) F'orsberg~ Hanson, Nardini, Scalze, Fahey, <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Yage 17, <br />kiorkshop `Phe Czty Clerk requestad that the Council call a workshop session to <br />Session discuss the F'ire Marshall and the water and sewer budget for next <br />year and what action the City will take if State funding is changed <br />by the State, <br />Mr. Forsberg commented that the State has requested cities to begin <br />volunteer cutting today. Foxsberg a:lso stated that he wou:Ld like to <br />talk to Mr. Locke about fa.re inspections. Forsberg also commented <br />that the Fire Chief should be invited to the Council meeting, <br />Mr. Fahey comraented that the Fire Chie£ wants the F'ire Marshall to <br />understand that he musL work with the ~'a.re Department and report with <br />them, Mr, Forsberg agreed with this. <br />The City Clerk stated that the City has $150 per month budgeted for <br />tne Fire Marshall position. <br />Fahey stated that if Mr. Locke is qualified and the City hires him~ <br />he should be told that this would become a part of his duties at <br />Building Inspector and the City wi11 review the position in six months, <br />Mr. Hanson suggested that a worxshop session be held on February 3, 1982 <br />at 7;00 P.M. <br />Aughes Mrs, Nardini asked if the City received a landscape plan from Hughes <br />Construction Construction. The City Clerk reported that this was rece3ved. <br />Schaffex Mrs, Nardini asked if the City received a response from Mr, Schaff'er <br />Filling with regard t o his filling activitaes, The Clerk xeplied that no <br /> response has been received, but he gave mr. Schaixer until April to <br /> respond. <br />Uarske Mrs. Nardini asxed i2' tnere has been a respottse i'rom Mr, Garske.
