Mrs. Scalze suggested that Nlrs. Nardini <br />meet with Mr. Morelan. <br />Payne The City has received a letter from Mr. Lunders on Payne Avenue <br />Avenue requesting a copy of the language to be inscribed on the deed with <br />Easement regard to the drainage easement in the area. <br />Matter <br />lHx. Forsberg reported that the new F3uilding Inspector p{.~~s to enforce <br />On the City~s ordinance with regard to new buildings on una.mproved streets, <br />Unimproved F'orsberg stated that this is an area where the City has been lax. <br />Streets <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that siae has spent some time with the new 13uilding <br />Inspector and £eels he will do a super job for the City. Scalze <br />commented that the Building Inspector would welcome the opportunity <br />to rneet with more people. <br />Mayor Hanson suggested that in the City~s next sewer and water billing <br />the City put in a notice regarding the new Building lnspector. <br />Page -16- <br />
