i~iNUTES <br />City Council <br />January 27, 1982 <br />Recreation Mr. Forsberg stated that the Recreation Directors do a good job <br />Salaries and provide good service to the City. <br />(Cant.) <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the fo7.lowing resolution and moved its adoption; <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-1_52 - ESTABLISHING THE r'OLLOWING <br />SALAHIES k'OR THE RECREATION DIHECTOHS AND CALLING <br />THOSE SALARIES R.ECREATION SALAHY AND TRAVEL ALLOWANCL: <br />JIM MOR.ELAN -$6~071 PER 1982g HOWIE PRUDHOMML -$2~800 <br />PER 1982~ DIANE HUSAK ~$29800 PEH 1982 AND DECLAHING <br />THAT THE INCREASE IN THE DSRECTORS~ SALARIES IS TO BE <br />TAKEN FROM THE YART-TIME SALARY BUDGET SO TAAT TAE R.ECREATION <br />BUDGET WUULD NOT CHANG~ P'OR 1982 <br />The £oregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Fahey, Nardini, Hanson, F'orsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Eook No. 8~ Page 31. <br />Mrs. Nardini stated that she would lixe to have a discussion regarda.ng <br />the Recreation Uepartment. Mrs. Scalze suggested that Nlrs. Nardini <br />meet with Mr. Morelan. <br />Payne The City has received a letter from Mr. Lunders on Payne Avenue <br />Avenue requesting a copy of the language to be inscribed on the deed with <br />Easement regard to the drainage easement in the area. <br />Matter <br />lHx. CITY ATTORNEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) Forsberg, Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Fahey, <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8~ Yage 31. <br />Buildings i~lr. Forsberg reported that the new F3uilding Inspector p{.~~s to enforce <br />On the City~s ordinance with regard to new buildings on una.mproved streets, <br />Unimproved F'orsberg stated that this is an area where the City has been lax. <br />Streets <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that siae has spent some time with the new 13uilding <br />Inspector and £eels he will do a super job for the City. Scalze <br />commented that the Building Inspector would welcome the opportunity <br />to rneet with more people. <br />Mayor Hanson suggested that in the City~s next sewer and water billing <br />the City put in a notice regarding the new Building lnspector. <br />Page -16- <br />
