Mrs.
Scalze felt that the City~s present policy of granting deferments
to al.l senior citizens was not fair because there are some senior
citizens who rnight want water.
Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
1~SOLUTION N0, 82-2-61 - AYYHW 1NG THE 24INU'PES 01% THE
JANUARY 7, 9 Nk%GULAH COUNCIL NiE~:TING WITH THE
OUTliINED CORRF:CTIONS
The foregoing xesolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini,
Ayes (5) Scalze~ Nardini~ fIanson~ P'orsberg~ Fahey.
Nayes (0).
Resolution decLared adopted.
This resolution a~pears in fZesolution Book No.B, Pages 3~ ~d 37.
Yage -1-
