Her salary would be <br />Help $3.35 per hour, itiir.Fahey suggested that she be hired through June <br />(Cont.) at whzch time Council would review the situation. <br />Mr, Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESULUTION N0. 82-2-89 - riltUNG CHRIS Gk~EN5IDE AS <br />ADDITIONAL OFFICE HELP IN 'I'HE CITY CENTER THRODUH <br />JUNE OF 1982 <br />The £oregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Ilanson, <br />Ayes (5) k'rihey~ Hanson~ Nardini~ Forsberg~ Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Hesolution declared adopted. <br />This resolucion appears in Resolution Book No, t3~ Yages 53 and 5lt. <br />Hearings Mr, Hanson pointed out that the agenda contains a schedule o£ hearings <br />to be held at the next Council meeting. <br />Paying `Phe NIr, Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption; <br />Uouchers <br />1?E;SOLU'tION N0. 82-2-y0 - xYYRUVING PAYMtiNT OF <br />`t'klli VOUCHENS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr, Hanson, <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Forsberg, Nardini~ Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Hesolution Book No. 8, Page 54. <br />Gagne Mr. Don Uagne appeared bei'ore the Council and reported that he received <br />Mattex a letter £rom the City Attorney suggesting that he apply for a <br />conditional use perrnit. P1r. Gagne asked tne Council that should he <br />decide to apply t'or such a permit would it be possible to use the <br />same abstractor~s certil'icate tnat he used in the rezoning of his <br />property less than two years ago. Mr. Uagne informed the Council <br />that to his xnowledge there has on1.y been one property listed in the <br />certificate that has cnanged hands, <br />The City Clerx informed the Council that he can check this certii'icate <br />with property listings in the City Center. <br />NIr. Fahey stated that this was O.K. with him, <br />The City Attorney stated that there was noth~..ng in the City~s ordinance <br />tnat would preclude the use oi' this certificate. <br />Yage -1t5- <br />
