There have also been changes in State <br />(Cont,) £ormulas. <br />i~ir. Nardini, <br />Nayes (O), <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. ~~ Pages 52 and 53. <br />City Nir, Fahey reported that the City~s present telephone system is <br />Telephone inadequate. Fahey stated that he would like the Fxecutone proposal <br />S ystem approved by the City. <br />i~Tr. Hanson suggested that perhaps the City should take £ormal bids <br />on this. The City Clerk stated that this wou:Ld be a good idea. <br />Mr. Iianson suggested that perhaps Northwestern Bell should be contacted <br />to find out i£ the City switched to another company if they would <br />remove their lines from the City Center. Mrs. Scalze stated that <br />the bids should provide for relining the City Center. <br />N1r. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />HLSOLUTION N0. 82-2-88 - CALLING FOR BIllS l~OR A'lELEPHONE <br />SYSTENI COMYAN~1BLli TO THli E7CECUTONE SYS'PI;M AS DESCRIBED IN <br />THEIR LETTLR OF' JANUARY 7~ 1982 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs, Scalze, <br />Ayes (5) 1~'ahey, Scalze~ Hanson~ Nardini~ Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0), <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution uook No. 8~ Page 53. <br />The City Clerk reported that these bids would be tticen during March, <br />Additional i~Is~. Fahey suggested that the City hire Chris Greenside~ a student at <br />0£fice Kellogg High School, to woric in the City Center 16 hours each week. <br />Help There has been a great increase in paperwork and additional help is <br />needed in the office.
