MINUTES City Council February 10~ 1982 Shoreview The £oregoing resolution was duly seconded by I~ir. Forsberg. Water Ayes (5) Nardini, Forsberg~ F'ahey, Hanson, Scalze. Connections Nayes (0). (Cont.) Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Hesolution Book No. 8~ Page 42. The City Clerk recommended that the City Attorney draw up a joint powers agreement between Shoreview and Little Canada regarding this matter. Mrs, Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RtiSOLUTION N0. 82-2-68 - SNSTRUCTING THE CITY A`PTORNEY TO PRI:PARE A JOINT POWERS AGRBEMENT REGARDING THE SHORE:VIEW WATER CONNEC'P:CONS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. Roseville `Phe City Engineer requested a resolution approving the emergency Water water connection between the City of Roseville and the City o£ Connection Little Canada. The Ehgineer stated that he will be talking to Roseville to decide where this connection should be located. The Engineer also commented that i~' it is agreeable with Roseville, a change order could be issued to the City~s upcoming water projeat to isaclude this water line. Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptionc RESOLUTION N0. 82-2-69 - AUTAORI'LING A JOINT POWE~RS AGNE;EMENT BETWEEN TEIN~ CTTY OF HOSEVILLE AND THE CITY UF' LITTLE CANADA FUR AN EMFRGENCY WATER CONNECTION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. Ayes (5) Forsberg, Nardini, Aanson, Scalze, Fah~y, Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Hesolution Book No. 8, Yage l~3. Maplewood The City Engineer requested a resolution £rom the Cauncil approving Sewer the sewer connection request by the City of Maplewood at a charge Connection of ~400 per connection. Yage -6-
