N[INUTES <br />City Council <br />February 24, 1982 <br />Planning Mr. S~oeeney informed the Council to note the services provided under <br />Contract the zoning administr.ator portion of the contract and that technical <br />(Cont.) assistance wil.l be billed to particulax projects. <br />The Cq,ty Clerk agreed that it was a simpler contract to follow, <br />It was also noted that the Planner will attend one Council meeting <br />per month at a charge of $100 per month. <br />Mr. Forsberg asked if some o£ the things previously done by the Planner <br />have been turned over to the Building Tnspector. The Planner stated <br />that this has been done. The Planner aLso cormnented that there should <br />be a drastic reduction in planning £ees charged during 1982 as the <br />Comprehensive Plan is now completed. <br />Nr. E[anson introduced the Eollocving resolution and moved its adoption: <br />R~SOLUTION N0. 82-2-109 - APPROVING TH~ PLANNER'S <br />CONTRACT WITF] NORTHF7GST ASSOCIAT~D CONSULTANTS FpR <br />1982 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 69. <br />Amending The Planner reported that the Metro Council has found the City's Comprehensive <br />Comprehensive Plan to be generally consistent with metro systems. 'Phey have approved <br />Plan the plan contingent upon some revisions being made. These deal primarily <br />with the comprehensive sewer plan.
