M7:NUTES <br />City Gouncil <br />~pril ].1~, 1982 <br />Payxie Mrs, Nardini aslced the Engineer to check into the Garske grading <br />Avenue situation. Mr, Forsberg reported that Mr. Garske sold his house, <br />Non-Agenda 1°irs. S~~,lze reparted that Mr. Lunders will not sign the easement for <br />Item Noo 5 20 feet and that he present]y has a six £oot easement but reports that <br />the swai.l is not w9.thin that easement, Mr. Lunders wants to know <br />i.f the easement will be moved or seeded and also wants to know what <br />the ~s~~a~ ~s doing outside the easement, Mr. Lunder commented to <br />Nlrs. Scalze that he has 10 feet of property beyond the syaail that <br />he feels he is losing. <br />The Attorney repoxted that the City needs a tota7. of 29 easements in <br />tlxe area and to date has x•eceived 22, There are pxoblems with four <br />of the outstanding easements and three property owners have not been <br />contacted because there is no one home during normal working hours, <br />The Attorney stated that he daes not know how the Lunders s9.tuation <br />is going to be resolved, <br />The 4lttorney reported tha,t a number of easements were delivered to <br />him and most o£ them were not in recordable form and had to be <br />redrafted, The Attorney stated that he will come back to the Council <br />w3th alternatives on some of the outstanding easements. <br />Mx~.
