The Engineer stated that <br /> Agenda Ro-So Construction will also be submitting a quote for this work, <br /> Item No. 19 <br /> De..Luxe The Engineer reported that Deluxe Contracting has been having some <br /> Contracting problems but have informed him that they intend to finish the job <br /> on Park Street, <br /> Agenda <br /> Item No. 20 The Mayor stated that he has heard Mr, Anderson is very upset with <br /> the grade cut he has been left with, Mr. Forsberg commented that <br /> this is only a rumor and he will not believe it until he sees some <br /> legal papers on it. <br /> The Engineer stated that he fuels the City should give the contractor <br /> some more time, <br /> Relocation Of The City has received correspondence that due to the widening of Rice <br /> Traffic Street the Cityps cost .for the relocation of traffic signals on <br /> Signals On Rice and Country Drive will be $139)159. <br /> Rice Street <br /> Agenda Mrs. Scalze pointed out that the agreement states that a new signal <br /> Item No. 21 will be installed.
