MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 26, 1982 <br />Jespersen <br />PLat (Cont.) <br />Mr. Hanson introduced the follo~oin~ resoLution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-5-293 - APPROVING THE <br />JESPERSEN PRELIMINARY PLAT CONDITIONED UPON <br />THE OBTAINING OF A P~RMANENT TEN POOT <br />DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON THE MOST EASTERLY PORTION <br />OF THE PROPOSED EIGHT LOTS AND FURTHER UECLARING <br />THAT A PARK CHAKGE OP $300.00 PEK PARCEL BE <br />COLLECTF.D AT THE TIME THAT THE I3UILDING PERMIT <br />IS ISSUF.D FOR EACH LOT AND FURTHER CONTINGENT <br />UPON THE liNGINEER'S APPROVING OP THE GRADINU <br />PLAN <br />Flameburger <br />And <br />Hoggsbreath <br />Proposal <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 10 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resoluti.on declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 245. <br />Mayor Hanson opened the public hearing on the expansion of the Hoggsbreath <br />parking lot. <br />Mr. Bob Matson of the Flameburger and Mr. Tom Durray of Hoggsbreath <br />appeared before the Council requesting a property divi.sion Lor the <br />FLameburger so that a portion of theis property couLd be conveyed <br />to Hoggsbreath for expansion of their parking lot. Mr. Matson <br />reported that Hoggsbreath will give the Flameburger an easement over <br />their property for an entrance/exit to the Flameburger. <br />Mr. Matson inlormed the Council that they have been waiting unCi1 <br />the watermain is installed on Rice Str.eet before they begi.n constructi.on <br />of the Plameburger. <br />Mrs. Nardini commented that work on the watermain musC begin by June <br />21. The Engineer felt that it would be two months after that betore <br />the Flameburger could hook up to water. <br />Mr. Matson explained to the Council that it was on the County's <br />recommendation that they moved the location of the driveway. <br />Mrs. Scalze asked if there would be a problem with having a dead end <br />parking lot. The Planner feLt that this did not present a problem. <br />A resident of the area asked what type of buffering wouLd be provided. <br />Mr. Durray replied that a six Loot fence would be constructed with <br />the addition of some shur.bcry. It was asked if there would be a proUlem <br />with the pi.peline. Mr. Durray replied that there would not. <br />The City Clerlc commented thaC this is a subdivision. The Planner stated <br />that basically this is just an adjustment of a lot line. <br />Page -17- <br />
