MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 26, 19~2 <br />City Owned <br />Property <br />Non-Agenda <br />Item No. 6 <br />Mrs. Nardi_ni asked when the Council woulcl discuss City owned property. <br />The City Clerk replied that this will be discussed at the July Council <br />meeti.n~;. <br />Tire Code Mrs. Nardi.ni reportedthat the State Fire Code statcs that no more <br /> than 90 days can be given to correct a violation of a Pire Code. <br />NornAgenda Mrs. Nardini state~ that ~Lter the 90 days has elapsed, the Pire <br />ICem No. 7 Marshall can go back and reinspect and possibly grant an extension. <br />Shoreland & The Planner stated that the Shoreland and Plood P1ain Ordinances is <br />P1ood Plain on the agenda for the Ju1y Planning Commission meeL'ing. <br />Ordinances <br />Mrs. Nardini asked if cities exchanged these ordinances. Nardini. stated <br />Non-Agenda that Maplewood is currently working on their ordinances. The Planner <br />Item No. 8 r.eplied that there is provision for this in the shoreland ordinance <br />where cities abutt a lalce. <br />Screenhouse Mrs. Nardini reported Chat someone is building a screenhouse on Lake <br />Gervais and asked if this was allowed. The City Clerlc replied that <br />Non-Agenda setbacks must be met. Mrs. Scalze commented that it might be on the <br />Item No. 9 County right-of-cvay. <br />The Planner commented [hat if i.t i.s a separate lot an accessory <br />building cannot be the princi.ple res.ictence. <br />Appr.oval Mr. Pahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Of The <br />Vouchers RFSOLUTION N0. 82-5-303 - APPROVING Til~ <br />VOUCHERS <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 25 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded Uy Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Pahey, Scalze, Hanson, Nardini, Poxsberg. <br />Nayes (0~). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Thi.s resolution anpears in Resolution Aoolc No. £3, Page 2b5. <br />Budget Mr. Hanson pointed out a few items that the Council dicl not bud~et for <br /> in 1982. Hanson asked i.f this would cause proUlems. <br />Non-Agenda <br />Item No. 10 The City CLerk replied that the City will lc now iCS status with <br /> regar.d to the budget in August. The Clerk also stated that the bulk <br /> oF the Attorney's fees get charged on various projects. <br /> The Clerk also stated that up to this time building permits have <br /> covered the I3uilding I nspector's salary. <br /> Pa~e -28- <br />
