Scalze asked the F,ngineer i£ he has spoken with Mr. Lunders <br />regardi.ng the swail on h:is properCy. 1'he Pngineer replied that <br />Non-Agenda he had not, but wi11 do so soon. <br />Item No. 4 <br />Canabury Pond Mr. Locke reported that Canabury Pond has requested an extention <br />Fire on some of the corrections Chey have to malce as a result of. theis <br />Inspection f.i.re inspecti.on. <br />A~;enda Mr. Porsber~; commented that he did not Eeel that Che Cotmc:i.l had <br />Item No. 23 much to say about the fire :inspecti.on. Forsberg stated that Mr. <br />Loclce knows what he can do or cannot do under the Fire Code. Forsberg <br />state<1 that he would not want to talce a stand on gr.anting an exCention <br />on somethine that should not Ue extended. <br />Mr.s. Nardini stated that she feels Mr. Locke i.s a professional, <br />Mr. I,ocke stated that he is allowed to give 90 days to malce a <br />correcti.on and one extention. <br />Mr. Ilanson stated that the Pire Marshall should use his own discretion <br />in pranting extenti.ons. The Council shoulcl not overstep and say Mr.. <br />Locice should gi.ve an extention. <br />Mrs. ScaLze stated thac she thinks Mr. Loclce is worlci.ng with the people <br />and g:ivi_ng them some options. <br />Mr. Fahey stated that he di.d not feel the request for an extenti.on was <br />unreasonable. Pahey stated that Canabury Pond has repaired ever.ything <br />el.se they were asked to and they are just aski.ng for a 90 day extention <br />on the remaining problems. <br />Mr. Locke stated that he ~aas concerned with the recommendaCi.on about <br />the door in the garage.
