Scalze commented that if the Johanson's need a permit, why shouldn't <br />they get one. <br />Pahey commenCed that if the Councii has a preblem wi.th the ordinance, <br />they should chan~e it, but not climb a1.7. over the Buildi.ng Inspector <br />because of it. <br />Nar.di.ni commented that the code says a building permit i.s required. <br />Ilocvever, had they appl.i.ed for a permit, it would have been denied. <br />Mrs. Scalze stated thlt she did not lool< on the area where the screen <br />house is Located as the front yard. <br />Mr. Nanson commented thaC the screen house is not a permanent building. <br />Porsberg stated that they should not need a building permit. <br />Mr. Fahey sT.ated that i.f thi.s was the feeling of the Counci.l, the ordi.nance <br />should be changed. <br />Pa~;e -17- <br />
