Glanzer reporte~ that ~ountry Drive is a State Aid Road and because <br />'Lent Sale oL the width the Ci.ty agreed that there would be no parking on CounT.ry <br />(Cont.) llrive. Flowever, the Ci.ty has only posted those areas where there <br />have been pr.obl.ems. Mr. Glanzer indicated to the Council tha[ he <br />couLct put up no parking si.~ns in the morn:ing if the Council wished. <br />Glanzer indicated that without the si.~ns being posted, cars cannot be <br />tagged. <br />Mrs. Nardini also indicated that the Planner stateci [hat a conditional <br />use permi.t i.s r.equired for the talcing up of more than 30% of parking <br />area. <br />P1rs. Scalze suggested that the City just post the no parlci.ng on the <br />s~reet and let the matter rest at that. <br />Mr. Forsberg expr.essed concern about the City's provision for 50 foot <br />streets and resulti.ng parkin~; pr.oblems. Pfr. Glanzer r.eplied that the <br />Agenda Pi.re Department cleared brush from around their building. <br />Item No. 27 <br />~rs. Nardini expressed concern that the brush removal day cost the <br />City money and it was the Council's indication that it was not to cost <br />the City any money. Nardini was concerned that P9r. Horwath was the <br />person charging the people f.or their brush when the Cotmcil indicated <br />that the contractor shoul.d do the charging. <br />Mr. Porsber~; indicated to the Council that next year [he City woul.d <br />have a better system for brush removal. <br />Water Supply Mr..
