He told the Sohanson's that they could continue, but. <br />(Cont.) there was a possibility Chat the Council might require that the screen <br />house be moved. <br />Mr. Pahey stated thaT, the Council should charge the double permit <br />fee where i.t is i.nCentional that the person is trying to avoid Che <br />ordi.nance. <br />Mrs. Nardini. commented that the ordi.nance sa;~s the Ci.ty must char~e <br />the double permi.t f.ee. <br />Mr. Fahey commented that the t~uitdi.ng Znspector should charge cuhatever <br />fees ar.e appropri.ate, but if discretionar.y, Pahey felt no double permit <br />fee should be char~;ed. <br />Anderson P4rs. Scalze commentect that she thought when the City a~;reed to ~;r.anC <br />Proposal water to the Anderson development in the Ci.ty of MapLewood it was wi.th <br />Maplewood the conditi.on that thi .s clevelopmenC noC landLock the Brink property. <br />, Mrs. Scalze suggested thaT. a copy of thi.s motion be sent to the City <br />Agenda of Maple~aood, so that Che developer will underst and what th e Ci.ty <br />Item No. 1_5 wants. <br />Mayor llanson suggested that the Ci.ty Clerk send a copy of thi.s to <br />Maplecvood. <br />The Clerk aiso questioned if the Ci.ty wanted a borderli.ne street. <br />Mrs. Sca12e also commented that the people on the Little Canada side <br />should not be assessed for water. Scalze commented [hat Maplewood should <br />be aware of thi.s. Mr. Tahey agreede <br />Scalze asiced cahat would happen i.F the Little Canada peopl.e wanted Co <br />connect to the wlter. <br />Mr< Chlebeck commen[ed that the Ci.ty of yapiewood would have to enter <br />into some sort of. agreement with Littl.e Canada. <br />Mr. Porsberp, stated that there couLd be a possiUi.lity of. the Little <br />Canada people being deferred unT.il they wanted to hook up. <br />Mrs. Scalze Eelt that LittLe Canada should not put i_n the water and then <br />assess. <br />T4r.
