The Ci.ty assessed <br /> the property as if it were two Lots. The easement does not say <br />where this easement is locaCed on the property. <br />The CLerk reported that since that time~ the property has been platted <br />and sold. <br />This easement has no~a shown up in the title of a lot that is to be <br />sol.d, an<i thr: pr.operty cannot be conveyed until the easement is <br />vacated. <br />Page -12- <br />
