The City Clerlc commented that Che necessi.ty f.or a public hearinp, wi11 holct up the sale of Che property as they wished to close on August 17_. Mr. Flanson suggested that perl~aps they will accept a letter f.rom the Ci.ty at the closing. Mr. rahey aslced iE the Ci.ty has the authority to release the property in the absence of a publ.ic hearing.
