MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 25, 1982 <br />Audit Contract Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Item No. 33 adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO 82-5-436 - APPROVING THE <br />AUDIT CONTRACT FOR 1982 WITH DELAHUNT <br />VOTO & CO., LTD. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Forsberq, Hanson, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Paqe 384. <br />Planner Mr. Nielson requested the Council and Planning Commission to <br />Item No. 27 study the Flood Plan Ordinance during the month of September <br />and adopt the ordinance in October. <br />This Flood Plan Ordinance will be studied by the Planning <br />Commission at the September 2, 1982 meeting. <br />Vincent Brass Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Item No. 28 adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-8-437 - EXTENDING THE VARIANCE <br />FOR VINCENT BRASS FOR ONE YEAR. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Forsberg, Hanson, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Hook No. 8, Page 385. <br />Utilities Mr. Forsberg reported on the progress of the bike path beinq <br />Item No. 30 overlaid on Fdgerton. <br />Parks & Rec. Mrs. Scalze reported on parks and recreation. Registration <br />Item No. 32 has been held for eight soccer teams and one football team. <br />She also announced the Co-Rec Kittenball Tournament to be <br />held on September 17, 18 and 19, 1982. <br />Revenue Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Sharing Audit adoption: <br />Item No. 34 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-8-438 - HIRING DELAHUNT <br />VOTO & CO.~ LTD., PER THEIR LETTER OF AUGUST 19~ <br />1982~ TO AUDIT THF REVENUE SHARING PROGRAM <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA. <br />Page -10- <br />
