MINUTES City Council August 25, 1982 Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-8-423 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARZNG ON THE PARKING REQUIREMENT VARIANCE FOR METALTRONICS. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Nardini, Scalze, Forsberg, Hanson & Fahey Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 374. Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-8-424 - DENYING THE VARIANCF FOR PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR METALTRONICS. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Nardini, Scalze, Forsberg, Hanson & Fahey. Mrs. 5calze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-8-425 - APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE METALTRONICS BUILDING LEAVING THE DESIGNATED PROPERTY ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND ALSO THE DESIGNATED PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OE THE BUILDING TO BE COVERED WITH A CRUSHED ROCK OF A DUST-FREE TYPE, AND THAT THE GRASS AREA WESTERLY OF THE PARKING WOULD BE GRASS~ AND ALSO THAT IN THE EVENT THE AREA OF THE BUILDING OR THE USAGE OF THE BUILDING WOULD BE EXPANDED, THEY WOULD THEN BE REQUIRED TO SUPPLY EXTRA BLACKTOP SUBJECT TO THE PLAN- NER'S RECOMMENDATIONS. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. Ayes (4) Scalze, Nardini, Hanson & Fahey. Nayes (1) Forsberg. Resolution declared adopted.
