MINUTES City Council August 25, 1982 Mr. Nielson presented an explanation of the proposed area and the problem they have in meetinq the minimum lot width requirement. He recommended a variance if the property is combined into one lot. Mrs. Nardini introduced the followinq resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-8-426 - CLOSING THE PUHLIC HEARING ON THE PROP~RTY DIVISION VARIANCE FOR THE LITTLE CANADA MINI-STORAGE. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Nardini, Scalze, Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg. Nayes (0) Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book NO. 8, Paqe 376. Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RGSOLUTION NO. 82-8-427 - APPROVING THE RF.QUEST FOR THE VARIANCE FOR THE LITTLE CANADA MINI- STORAGE PROPERTY DIVISION~ SUBJECT TO PAYMENT IN FULL OF ALL CHARGES AND SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE BY THE PLANNER OF F1N ADEQUATE SURVEY, AND SUB- JECT TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE ATTORNEY, BECAUSE OF THE UNIQUE NATURE OF THE PARCEL WAICH WAS CREATED BY ERROR. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. SCalze. Ayes (5) Nardini, Scalze, Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg. Nayes (0) Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Paqe 376. Text Mr. Hanson opened the Public Hearing on the Text Amendment to Amendment delete variances to be reviewed by the Planning Commission and Item No. 8 to delete abstractor's reports for mailing notices. Mrs. Nardini introduced the followinq resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-8-428 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING AND PLATTING CODE. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. Ayes (5) Nardini, Fahey, Scalze, Hanson, Forsberg. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted.
