Scalze sY.ated that she felt it fr.ightening to think of all <br />Lhe norther.n communities that utilize this pipe. Mr. ftingrose <br />stated that this is the reason that the MSdCC wants to eli.minate <br />the pumping stati.on on Isdgerton. <br />Mr.s. Nardini asked iL the liLt station lines on Ldgerton would be <br />lower or higher Chan the new Line. Rin~;rose repLied that the lines <br />would be lower. Mrs. Nardi.ni. aslced what would be done in t:he event <br />that the stati.on on ~ctgerton did not wark. <br />Mr. Ringr.ose replied that there w.i11 not be the amount of sewage <br />goi.ng through thi.s stati.on when the new line i.s installed, and <br />theref.ore there ca:Lll be [he capacity to handle r.he secaa~e should <br />a problem ari.se. There will be stora~;e capaci.ty :in a wet we11 that <br />wi11 provide enough time to get the stati.on repai.red. <br />Mr.s. Nardini reported Chat a couple of years ap,o 4 mil7.ion gallons <br />of, sewage was dumped i.nto the lake when there were problems at the <br />pumping station. <br />Mrs. Nardini asked iE this new line would be installed under. the l.ake. <br />Mr. Ringrose repiied that the l.i.ne wi11 be 20 to 25 feet from the lalcee <br />Also the MSdCC wi1.1 avoid trees or improvements. The alignment of the <br />l:ine ~voulcl be made to pr.ovide the least i.mpact. <br />Mrs. Nardini. pointed out the new home under construction in the area <br />on County Road B-2 and aslced where the line would go in relation to <br />Chis home. Mr. Ringrose replied that he did not 1<now exactly where <br />the line would go i.n the area, possibl.y betwc^n the t:wo houses. <br />'Lhey also have tlie abiL:ity to tunnel under a home, i£ necessary. <br />T:(r. R~.n~rose stated that thi.s parti.cular area caill take a lot of <br />study and infor.maCion is needec! about soil conditions. <br />Mrs. Nardi.ni aslced if Che MWCC will go under Spoon Lake in the summer <br />or cvinter. rtr.
