Pahey sT.ated that the 13ui1ding InspecCOr i.s tr.ying to determine Business who owns the vari.ous equi.pment stor.ed in Che area of Park SCreet. (Cont.) Mr. Forsberg aslced if [here was a conditional use per.mi.t issued f.or Che storage of this equipment. The City Clerk reported that the propercy is zoned I3-3 and th:is is not a per.mi.tted use in a T3-3 area. Mr. Porsber.g pointed out there are cranes stored in the area. Mr. }?ahey suggested that if a spec:ial use per.mit was issuecl, the City shouLd inv~ite Mr. PraCtalone Co comment. The Attorney stated Y.hat he di.d not thinlc the ordinance says that a special use permit ran with the lanet.
