Pahey felt that bingo shoul.d not be all.owed at the I3rinkman Flall the same night as the ~ise Department has their bi.ngo because of the locati.ons of the two esCablishments and the resulting traffic problem. The Planner stated that the property was rezoned R13 with a PUD Conditi.onal Use Permi.t. 'Che Planner stated thac he just ~ot the Legal descript:i.on for r.he property.
