[lowever,ther.e will
be some inconvenience.
liasements w:i.11 be i.ndividually negotiated with property owners and
the MidCC will malce appointments with the property owners.
Mr. Ringrose reported r.hat he has provided al.l. the general information
that is availabLepresently and during late winter or early sprin~
he wi11 be able to answer more questi.ons on the subject.
A member of the audi.ence aslced if it wi11 be possible for a home to
tie into thi.s interceptor li.ne. Mr. Rin~rose repli.ed that in general
the hi6dCC tri.es to avoid this. }lowever, it i.s ~ossible thaC L-his can
be done. 'Che MWCC would not assess Lor this connecti.on, and it woulci
be up to the City to assess consi.stent cai.th their policy.
The Ci.ty Clerk r.eported that there are homes connected to metro lines
in the Ci.ty and there have been no assessments :i.nvolved for these
connections.
Someone astced what would become of the li.ft station on County Road B-2.
Mr. Itingrose replied that i.t wi.ll not be possible Co totally abandon
this lift stat:ion. There are about a hal£ dozen homes i.n tlie area ~hat
are too low and the li.Et stati.on wi11 continue to service these homes.
About 90% of: Che Llow through thi,s litt station will be eli.mi.nated
and i.t ~oi.11 be more than aclequate to handle iC.
Pap,e -8-
