Pahey felt that :it should meet current Uui.ldi.ng <br />requirements. <br />The Ci.ty ACtorney stated that the Legislature acidressed manufacT.ured <br />homes in a resi.dential area, but not commercial areas. <br />Mr. Fahey f.elt the Ci.ty should deal w:i.th the ordinance as relates <br />to residential areas and talce up Y.he commercial areas separately. <br />Scal.ze felt that manufactured homes should be clealt wi.th as other <br />built builcli.ngs. <br />Mr. Fahey felt that the City should have a 20 fooC wi.dth r.equirement. <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that Maplewood had someone worlcing on their ordinance <br />tliat was a lobbyist for the Le~isl.ature and probably used Che 7_1 foot <br />width requiremenC f.or a reason. <br />Page -10- <br />
