<br />Mortgage, Assignment of Rents, <br />Security Agreement and Fixture Filing <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />Y. <br />SERVICE AGREEMENTS <br />All rights and interests of Borrower in and under any and all service contracts and other agreements <br />relating to the servicing, operation, maintenance, and repair of the Premises or the buildings and <br />improvements thereon. <br />Z. <br />RECEIVABLES <br />All present and future rights to payment for goods sold or leased or for services rendered, with <br />respect to the Project and its operations and all receivables of whatever nature whatsoever which <br />are not evidenced by Chattel Paper, Documents or Instruments. <br />AA. <br />LICENSES <br />To the extent assignable, all Licenses now owned or hereafter acquired for the Project. <br />BB. <br />MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br />All right and interest in and to any property management agreement providing for the management <br />of the Project and all renewals, replacements and substitutions thereof and all modifications and <br />amendments thereto. <br />CC. <br />DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS <br />All “Deposit Accounts” (as that term is defined in the UCC) now owned or hereafter acquired <br />(“Deposit Accounts”). <br />DD. <br />SUPPORTING OBLIGATIONS <br />All “Supporting Obligations” (as that term is defined in the UCC) now owned or hereafter <br />acquired. <br /> <br />EE. <br />WATER RIGHTS <br />All water rights, contract rights for the supply of potable and process water, water stock, and <br />irrigation rights accruing to or necessary for the use of the Project or owned by Borrower, including <br />but not limited to all water rights, irrigation rights, ditch and ditch rights, reservoir and reservoir <br />rights, stock or interest in water, irrigation or ditch companies.
